One day ahead of schedule, version 4.5 of Notes Migrator for SharePoint went live yesterday and is now available on the Quest web site.  Go to the product page [link] and click on the Download link on the right.  Updates are also available through Quest Support Link.

There are two important licensing improvements I want to mention (I will have lot more to say about licensing in my nest post):

• Anyone who downloads the trial version of our tool is automatically in "trial mode".  Obtaining and installing a trial license is no longer necessary.
• If you are deploying our tool in a client-server scenario, you do not need to install any client license at all.  As long as the SharePoint server you are migrating to has a license, you are all set.  This applies both to the "classic" client and the new end-user Desktop client.
