Notes Migrator for SharePoint 5.0 includes a new client, the Migration Console.
Rather than focusing on designing and running one migration job for one Notes database, the console looks across many databases (potentially all the databases in your organization) and helps you control the entire migration process. At a high level, the new functionality offered by the console includes:

The Migration Console is architected as a Microsoft Management Console (MMC) 3 Snap-In. MMC is a standard interface for all Windows management tools and will be familiar to anyone who has used the Windows Event Viewer, Computer Management console, Internet Information Server console, etc. Because the Migration Console is a MMC 3 Snap-In, it can run as a stand-alone tool or inside a console that includes multiple tools - including other Quest tools.
Like any MMC-based tool, you have a tree view of "Scope Nodes" on the left side and that allow you to select the scope of the main view, which is the big part in the middle. Our Migration Console includes scope nodes for performing the above functions and viewing the results. For example, there are a number of Notes Databases scope nodes that drive various views of the Notes databases and templates in your environment. The following screen shot shows one of the "By Server" scope nodes being selected and, consequently, the main view is displaying the contents of the selected server.
Did you notice the other difference between the above screen shots? The second one is also showing the Action Pane, which is showing all the available commands for the current view and the currently selected database. The Action Pane is also a standard MMC thing. You can turn this feature (and a lot of other features) on and off by selecting View->Customize from the menu at the top.
Note that even if your Action Pane is hidden, you can always access those same actions by right clicking on a Scope node or one or more of the nodes in the main view:
