7x24 support is now available for my product 

A couple weeks ago, Quest introduced a "Critical Support" option for Notes Migrator for SharePoint.  We always had great support, three global call centers ensured that customers around the world could get help quickly in their local time zone.  Critical Support raises the bar even higher and gives customers the option of paying a slight premium to get that fastest possible response time, highest priority escalation, etc.  You can find the details about Quest's support commitments and options at http://quest.com/support.

I consider this new option a great testament to the large number of people who are now trained on my humble product as well as the large volume of activity around it.  Thanks guys!
